2020 Youth Provincials coming to the Saville Centre March 6-8!

United by the game, teams from across the province and beyond will all come together under one roof when the Alberta Basketball Youth Provincials takes over the Saville Community Sports Centre in Edmonton, March 6 to 8, 2020.

Tamara Tatham, a two-time Olympian for Canada in women’s basketball and current assistant coach with Raptors 905 of the NBA G League, will be the special guest for the opening ceremony

2020 Youth Provincials will feature U11, U13, U15 and U18 division for both Girls and Boys. Online declaration will be open in early January for all teams planning to be part of this exciting annual event.

Youth Provincials is one of the most memorable experiences that young players will get to share with their teammates. Appropriately nicknamed “Alberta Madness”, Youth Provincials in 2019 saw 120 teams compete in 200 games over a span of 36 hours at the Saville Centre. For the first time, teams from out of province participated, coming from as far as the Northwest Territories.
