2024 Academy
Alberta Basketball’s CB Academy Program is aligned with the Team Alberta Provincial Program, which is an entry point into Canada Basketball's High Performance Athlete Development Pathway.
The CB Academy will focus on athlete skill development and playing within team concepts in all phases of the game. On-court training sessions will be led by top coaches from the local area utilizing curriculum developed by ABA working with Canada Basketball High Performance.
The goal of the CB Academy Program is for athletes to not only be in an environment where they can develop their on-court skills, but also to synthesize these techniques and evaluate how the lessons-learned fit into authentic game-like situations.
All athletes participating in Academy Programs this fall will be invited to register and attend the Alberta ID Camp weekend, more details to be announced.

Payment & Refund Policy:
- ABA and CB Membership are non refundable as they are a requirement to participate in the tryout process.
- Registrants will pay the assessment and the participation fee.
- Athletes that attend the assessment but are not selected to be in the program, will receive a refund of the participation fee but not the assessment fee.
