A native of Calgary, Summer was named the Canada West Defensive Player of the Year and a Canada West Second Team All-Star for the 2018-19 season.

Summer and the Huskies are now heading to Toronto for the 2019 U Sports Final 8 national championship, which will take place March 7 - 10.

Congratulations to Summer and best of luck at Nationals!
