025 - Organization Renewal Process


Returning/Renewing Organizations

If you are a returning basketball organization please complete the following steps to renew your Organization Membership Application.

Step One: 

Log in to your back end of RAMP and set up your 2025-26 Season - you will see it in your Seasons list with a box that says "requires set up"

Step Two:

Complete the 2025-26 Organization Membership Form, which is located on the backend (administrative side) of your RAMP Portal. Log in to the administration side of your RAMP Registration Portal.

Scroll down to the Permit, Sanctions and Forms tab on the left hand side and click on it, a dropdown menu will appear and you’ll select - Club Submissions

Step Three:

  • You will see 5 columns Season, Permit Name Status, Balance and End Date
    • Under season it will say 2025-26 ABA Membership Year, 
    • The Permit Name is 2025-26 Organization Membership Application Form
    • Status will be pending
    • Balance should be $0.00
    • End Date should read 6/1/2026
    • On the far right hand side click on the blue edit button.

Step Four: Now you will see a list of questions to complete and custom file uploads to complete, such as your Club Logo, Code of Conduct and other policies you may have.

Step Five: Sign on behalf of your club/organization.

Step Six: Note: there will be a $100 package fee required to complete your application - click the blue “save progress” button

Step Seven: Provide payment and await confirmation from ABA.
