After an incredible season where all four of our provincial teams medaled, we’re more energized than ever for the 2026 season! Join us as we celebrate the next chapter of Alberta Basketball. Tryouts for this season will take place on January 11th and January 18th.

Tryout Location Addresses:

Calgary: Prolific Sports House - South (Unit120, 8489 - 40 St. Calgary, AB T2C 2P1)

Edmonton: Saville Community Sports Centre (11610-65 Ave, Edmonton, AB T6G 2E1)

Athletes are only required to go to ONE of the 2 tryout days, but must attend both sessions the day they tryout.

*15U: Born in 2011, 2012

*17U: Born in 2009, 2010

Girls Tryouts 

January 11th - Calgary - Session Schedule

15U Girls Sessions - 1st - 9:00am to 11:00am, 2nd - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

17U Girls Sessions - 1st - 11:00am to 1:00pm, 2nd 3:00pm to 5:00pm

January 18th - Edmonton - Session Schedule

17U Girls Sessions -1st - 9:00am to 11:00am (Gym 5), 2nd 1:00pm to 3:00pm (Comp Gym)

15U Girls Sessions - 1st - 10:00am to 12:00pm, 3:00pm to 5:00pm (Comp Gym for both sessions)

Boys Tryouts

January 11th - Edmonton/Comp Gym - Session Schedule

15U Boys Sessions - 1st - 10:00am to 12:00pm, 2nd - 2:00pm to 4:00pm

17U Boys Sessions - 1st 12:00pm to 2:00pm, 2nd - 4:00pm to 6:00pm

January 18th - Calgary - Session Schedule 

15U Boys Sessions - 1st 9:00am to 11:00am, 2nd - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

17U Boys Sessions - 1st 11:00am to 1:00pm, 2nd - 3:00pm to 5:00pm
