The madness is back!

The Alberta Basketball 2020 Youth Provincials Championships takes place March 6 to 8 at the Saville Community Sports Centre in Edmonton, where teams from all over Alberta and beyond will gather for what is appropriately dubbed Alberta Madness.

For three days, Youth Provincials will bring the province together in celebration of the game, not to mention spirited competition for medals in several age divisions.

The opening ceremonies will feature special guest Tamara Tatham, a two-time Olympian with the Canadian women’s basketball team who is now an assistant coach with Raptors 905.

Participating teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games, and all players get an official tournament t-shirt. Additionally, a t-shirt will be awarded to each player of the game, and the top 3 finishing teams in each division will receive medals and team photos.

Please visit the Youth Provincials 2020 page for all your Alberta Madness needs, including declaration forms, roster forms, rule modifications, technical package, and host hotel information. Please note the deceleration form deadline is Monday, February 17, and the roster deadline is Thursday, February 20. The Nova Hotel Group has put together many great packages for teams with options to stay at the Chateau Lacombe, Chateau Nova Yellowhead, Edmonton Inn, and Raddison Hotel South Edmonton.
