Old Dominion men’s basketball junior forward Caelum Swanton-Rodger has been named the Alberta Basketball Association (ABA) Alumni of the Week for Dec. 30, 2024 - Jan. 5, 2025.
The Calgary product tied his NCAAA career high with 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds in ODU’s 74-71 home victory over Southern Mississippi on Jan. 4. He also established a career best with six made free-throws on nine attempts from the charity stripe.

Through 15 games this season, Swanton-Rodger is averaging 5.6 points and 4.9 rebounds. He leads the Monarchs with 28 blocks and is shooting .540 from the field.
Swanton-Rodger spent two summers with Team Alberta. He was part of the 15U Boys Team at the Canada Basketball National Championships in 2018, then played for the 17U Boys Team at the 2019 Canada Basketball National Championships.
