ABA Alumni of the Week: Reece Hall
University of Alberta women’s basketball student-athlete Reece Hall has been named the Alberta Basketball Association (ABA) Alumni of the Week for Jan. 20 - 26.
The third-year forward helped the Pandas to a weekend sweep over the Manitoba Bisons in Winnipeg, where Alberta won by scores of 70-45 on Jan. 24 and 96-50 on Jan. 25. Over the two games, Hall totalled 22 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 7 steals and 2 blocks.
Hall leads Alberta this season in average rebounds (9.1 per game), average blocks (1.0 per game) and field goal percentage (.491).
A native of Calgary, Hall won gold as a member of Alberta’s female basketball team at the 2022 Canada Summer Games in Ontario.
